HTC Explorer has Fixed-focus camera and Slow CPU but the price according to the features seems reasonable.

Yes, I agree with you Amar. But in my opinion, Samsung Galaxy Pocket is better than Galaxy Y.
I have a Motorola Fire XT530, Frankly it is the best among the lot, much better than Samsung Phones and all the ones you’ve mentioned here. Only LG Optimus Net can come closer!
